Export Firestore to type-preserving JSON

Export the documents currently loaded in Cengal while retaining paths, nested maps, timestamps, GeoPoints, references, bytes, and integers.

Export the loaded scope

Choose Export for the current loaded documents, or Export Selected in the Pro selected-row workflow.

Cengal extended JSON keeps special values explicit so a later import can reconstruct their Firestore types.

Import compares records with loaded documents and labels them New, Modified, or Unchanged before anything enters Pending changes.

Scope and limits

Export does not silently fetch unloaded pages or recursively include subcollections.
A Cengal JSON export is not a complete database backup.
Imported updates replace the complete field map rather than merging selected fields.
