Core promise
Your connected Firebase data travels directly between your Mac and Google’s APIs. Cengal does not store your connected Firestore documents on Cengal servers.
Data Cengal may process
Minimum account identifiers, entitlement and subscription state, device-license metadata, support correspondence, and privacy-safe product analytics needed to operate and improve Cengal.
Data Cengal does not collect
Firestore document contents or field values, imported service-account private keys, OAuth access or refresh tokens, or local operation history.
Security
Sensitive credentials remain in the macOS Keychain. Cengal uses encrypted HTTPS connections and removes private payloads from logs and crash reports.
Deletion and contact
Account deletion and privacy contact instructions will be published with the final support address before launch.
